  Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Not once but now for the second time. They have the worst service department I have ever worked with. In both instances, our time was waisted with little to no help from this place.service staff are rude and would rather tell You everything they can't do for you , rather than how they can actually help you.

  This was my first experience with this dealership so will know more as time goes on. Reception was pleasant and helpful and vehicle was serviced (first oil change since purchase) quickly and efficiently - and pretty much on appointment time as slated. There were no queries if I had any concerns or issues but I suppose that would be up to the buyer to bring up when they make the appointments. I really do not like the "engine stop" (especially in winter) but I don't know if anything can be done about it. Yes there is a manual override while you're driving but then have to remember to turn it on again after a restart. The remote start has had MEGA-issues over winter but Ford seems to be trying to rectify the application. I still prefer the old remote starts where I could initiate it from my key with no problems. I really miss (in winter) when I need to run into a building and can't keep my car running when the key in is removed - no application necessary. To do this now I either have to have my phone handy or have my other key with me......not always possible and I can't seem to lock it without using my other key to do so. Things to ponder and maybe improve on..........I know this has nothing to do with your dealerahip but just maybe something to pass along to Ford.

  they dont help people like me go get a vehicle....adrenaline motor products help me...even they are not a big dealership....not unlike the senchuck ford they are big dealership but poor in helping people...
