  Nice spot, but that laminate floor that slips and shifts and slides all over the place is an enormous hazard that nobody has done anything to fix. You're going to need to fix that if you want to stay competitive with Studio C - just sayin'.

  I enjoy this gym. It has all the major machines I need and plenty of free weights to go around. I haven't had to wait for equipment which is nice! Since the ownership has changed, I have seen vast improvements with added classes, machines and improvements to the physical space! Definetly a one stop place for all my fitness needs!

  Friendly staff who get to know who you are. They have a variety of equipment and I very rarely have to wait for a machine. I like to mix it up with cardio, free weights, etc., and they have everything i need. Only been there 6 months and so far really enjoying it! Only downfall - price for what you pay for. It's a locally owned business and it's hard to compete with the bigger fitness centres in the area who have more amenities like a swimming pool or courts. Still though, very top notch :)
