  Charged $1300 to run a simple line and do a test (to be fair i dont know what it should cost) then took it all out of my account even though i didnt have enough money for food or rent for the month. they dont care.

  Sorry to learn that you weren’t satisfied with the recent service provided by Mid-City. You approached us with a request to connect an existing gas line to a new, relocated service. After performing a required pressure test it was discovered the gas line had numerous leaks and it was more cost effective to run new gas line rather than repair the damaged lines. The job entailed the installation of a new gas line, a meter set, a SaskPower gas permit as well as furnace repairs. It is our policy to secure credit card information for first time customers for preauthorization prior to commencing a job. Several phone messages were left with you detailing your invoice to which we recieved no response and when there was no attempt made to make arrangements for payment the preauth was applied. Our techs worked diligently to ensure there was heat to your home as quickly as possible. We remain committed to our customers’ comfort and satisfaction and we regret that you were not a satisfied customer.
