    Fast courteous service. Bad gravy

    The last three times at KFC, the chicken has been extremely dry and old tasting, the gravy was like water twice. Used to be good food, it has gone extremely down hill in the past year.

    I had excellent service when I was there. I ordered takeout. The food was very good.
